About Me

Hello fellow bloggers,

My name is Viktor, and I'm here to tell you about cozy restaurants in Copenhagen. But first, let me share my story. I was born in Aarhus but moved to Copenhagen a few months later, so I'm practically a native. My mom was born in Copenhagen, and my dad in San Juan, Puerto Rico, which has given me a handful of different perspectives on both food and culture but also on Copenhagen throughout my life. That's why I find myself writing about this wonderful city today and all the amazing gastronomical experiences you can have in this city and also why I feel it is my duty to share every tip and trick I know about Copenhagen and the food scene.

I live in Østerbro with my mom, dad, little sister Ava, stepbrother and tortoise Pedro, and my sister’s hamster, Juni. My school's name is the European School Copenhagen (as the name indicates, it is situated in Copenhagen). The school itself is in a part of the city called "Carlsbergbyen," which is between Frederiksberg and Valby. Since I live in Østerbro, I almost drive through all of Copenhagen every single morning, which has definitely contributed to how I view the city.

There are two things we do well in Copenhagen and that is making things cozy or as we call it "hyggelig", and cooking wonderful food, so let’s get started!
